(that means anti-meridian) the tilt of the earth's axis in the northern hemisphere will move from pointing toward the sun (big bright shinning star in the sky which gives off heat and electromagnetic waves in varying degrees depending on surface "storms" or "sun spotting" ) to a position where the sun appears over the equator. This is called the "Autumnal Equinox" or in layman's English (if that is your language of choice, "Autumn" or "Fall". So not to confuse the already confused, the southern hemisphere experiences "Spring" at this time. The shift in the northern hemisphere on September 23rd from "Summer" to "Autumn" and from "Winter" to "Spring" in the southern hemisphere is known as "CLIMATE CHANGE". This process has been happening for Approx. 4.5 BILLION years. Global Warming has been happening at the same rate where as sometimes it's global warming as in the case of the Nile valley in Egypt and sometimes it's global cooling such as the great glacial creation between 120, 000 and 60,000 years ago. A major Global Warming occurred only 6,000 years ago and created the topography which today we call New York City. It should be noted that all this warming and cooling goes on without the help or distraction of human beings. No SUV's, no factories, no organized bovine flatulence (that means farting methane)

The entire conversation regarding what food an individual may eat has taken on a chilling aspect. Society seems to be moving toward a Huxleyesque brave new world in regard to the interest in which the government takes in the daily diet of individual citizens. Advocacy and promotion by some toward a healthier menu is a right anyone has, the current movement to legislate food consumption as a functional right of governmental jurisdiction has an Orwellian undercurrent which should alert individuals on all levels.



If current health care laws are going to regulate what is eaten utilizing a distortion of the Commerce Clause as a basis for enforcement, then it could become a tool of oppression. The, argument being that since everyone pays for everyone else's health care then the government as the representative of the people has the right to regulate what each person may eat under the auspices of "maintaining a proper health standard".



This story appears cutesy, cutesy on the surface (along with the presidents recent remarks in Wisconsin when he was eating fatty food of "don't tell Michelle") but the deeper facts are the old adage "do as I say and not as I do". This has always been the case with Govt., haven't we worked through that and developed a polarity between the government and the governed? My STATE income tax, and everyone else's state taxes (Whom are working) pay the salaries and fund the buildings and logistics of that place you go to declare that you looked for work last week, or are you on MAIL CLAIM by this time(I bet you are) By the way, What "GOP MEMO" are you talking about anyway? As far as the "claim" , lets start right here at The Huffington Post dated 16 May 2010 and updated on 17 May 2010. The Title of the article is "Class Warfare: Hundreds protest Outside Bankers House in DC". What should be noted is that Gregory Baer the owner of the house is not a banker, he is an attorney. Also, it was a Sunday afternoon and Baer was at a little league ball game when the protest took place. The only one home was a twelve year old son who had locked himself in the bathroom and called the police on his cell phone and explained that he was going to be attacked. A few neighbors also called the cops. In Bears own words, he stated that he saw the mob(when he returned from the baseball game), drove around the block, parked on a parallel street cut through back yards, climbed in a back window and got his son out the window. He didn't confront the mob(would you?)

Where is the story(and the tape) about the New Black Panther who had charges dropped for poll intimidation yelling at people(on a bull horn, with a group of followers) on South Street in Philly that he wanted white babies and white men and women "Killed". No not beat up, roughed up, yelled at, or intimidated, but killed. Where are the hate speech statutes when it comes to a thug like this?

Listen, I believe you're an honest individual attempting to reason through an honest conclusion. The fact is that there were two fallacies upon which a large percentage of the other statements, comments, and conclusions were built upon when I joined the discussion here. The first fallacy was that there had never been an Israel in the the area which the modern state now exists. You are intelligent, and we may disagree but you have acknowledged that there is at least some sporogenous contention to be made in support of a legal designation ratified by the United Nations for a Jewish homeland to exist in Judea. The second fallacy was that there is now, or that there has ever been a modern or historic state known as Palestine. The fact is that the people who are called "Palestinians" are Syrian - Jordanian Arabs whom were displaced at the time of the Umited Nations partition. The reason for the displacement is self evident if one takes the time to study the "Arab" rejection of the two state declaration by the United Nations (not Israel, as is sometimes referenced) and, the immediate instigation of a civil war in the region which, unfortunately has lasted to this very day. I believe that you are honest so I will tell you again, I have lived in Egypt, and spent time in Gaza City prior to the hand over to the PLO. I am not a Jew although that should not matter.
